Any experience with Custom Tank Bags?

I'm looking for a good tankbag for long distance touring for my LT. It needs to have a decent sized map case and a rain cover with window, and it needs to be big enough to carry my SLR, Treo, glasses, GPS, wallet, etc., but not too big to get in the way of the handlebars. I'd like something I can take on/off easily - a strap on the front to loop under the radio console and a strap with quick release buckle at the rear to go around the seat support would be ideal.

I'm considering several bags, but would like to know if anyone has had experience with Linda T's Custom Tank Bags. They look good but are also very expensive. Any comments would be apporeciated...

Garage
I've never used her stuff, but I know she's very popular with the LD riding crowd. I'm considering working with her on a custom setup when my K1200GT eventually arrives.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

She may not still be in business when that year finally gets here.

Dont forget to tell us when you get your GT and make sure to leave the keys on the seat and garage unlocked.... It just kills me when my friends forget to follow these simple steps.

That is expensive,
Take a lot of my $5.00 softside lunch bags to make one of those.
