Atlantis clothing (3)

i,ve got the bmw jacket and trousers and they are getting a bit grubby now .
Has anybody got any imformation on washing these items.

Seeing that nobody knows this imformation , I emailed bmw in Germany and guess what, they got in touch with bmw in great britain.
The email they sent was as follows

The suit is Nubuck leather and as such we recommend part number 72 60 7 673 861 BMW care set.
By using this product in a 30 degree wash should give perfect results.

Do dry cleaners clean leather? I'd check with them. I dont really know...but thats where I'd go.

Sorry numbnuts, didn't see your original post.

Certainly you can wash the Atlantis suit. It will eventually fade....mine took about 2 yrs of pretty heavy use. I'm considering dying it back to black. Nancy doesn't wear her suit as much and in the weather extremes as I do and her 2+ year old suit still looks close to new.

The waterproofing will need a "recharge" at about the 2 year mark as well.
