Mexico

Took a wonderful trip thru Mexico.
All the bad press reports were of concern but we researched our route to avoid the known hot spots and read the many Ride Reports on www.advrider.com by those that frenquent and love the country for what it is.
I joined a couple of other riders via the internet.
Left Norcal east over Carson Pass then south on 395 entering Mexico thru Lukesville in AZ. then proceeded to the Copper Canyon, Vera Cruz, Oaxaca, back north to Matazlan, ferry to La Paz and then north up Baja returning home in 6 weeks and 7500 miles later.
Never felt threatened, no run-ins with police, no flats.
Traveled only durring daylight and stayed in local hotels.
