In-line resister size

Hello,
Back in '09 I made a cable that ran from the Valentine remote audio adapter, (which is under the passenger seat), up to the oddments box where it plugged into a "Y" which plugged into the aux port of the Voiced II. I remember being told that I needed to add a resistor in-line with the audio from the the detector to prevent some kind of feedback. I used a plug from Radio Shack and remember soldering the resistor in-line.

Now, 5 years later, I messed up my special cable and just tossed it, forgetting about the resistor. I need to make another one, but I don't remember the value of the resistor.

Do you guys have any ideas? I've searched the site, but can't find it here.

Thanks,

GB

Re: In-line resister size

Hi, George - if not in this specific post and link, then read the entire thread and there is mention of a couple of resistors. Might jog your memory. Good luck.
