2004 K1200RS Fuel Problems

Hi All,

I had the apparently common issue with the Fuel line quick disconnect leaking. So I decided to just cut the line and put in a brass coupler in-between the line. The problem now is the bike will no longer start, it doesn't even act as if it's getting fuel. I did make sure there were no heavy bends in the line that would cause it not to get fuel flow. I also can hear the fuel pump doing it's work.

Do you think this could be air int he line? Is there some kind of bleeder I need to work with on the bike?

Thanks,
Chris
