R1200cl

Hi All,
I have just purchased a 2003 R1200CL for the stable and I would like to know if there are any highway pegs availible that may be fit to the BMW engine bars or at least forward to the foot plates. Any feedback would be helpful as I cant find anything in the UK or Europe.

Thanks

Dean

England, UK.

Just booked a table for two for me and the wife. It was bound to end in tears though - she's crap at snooker.

Such an unfair world. When a man talks dirty to a woman its considered sexual harassment, but when a woman talks dirty to a man its Ģ2.50/min
(charges may vary).

Re: R1200cl

Pleasure,

Itīs a great site, very friendly and well run. There are quite a few British C and CL owners on it.

Try the search option first, and also check out Pokieīs pages.

Cheers,

Simon

Re: R1200cl

Mine has the Kuryakin ? highway pegs on it and the seem to work ok..
they're too big for the tubing so there's some web material underneath to shim them up.. Seems to hold just fine...

Re: R1200cl

Thanks for the info fellas, I found from the chromehead site that J peg make a set that fit over the spark plug and fold into the groove to replace the plug cover, very neat if not a bit pricey. They seem to be well made so I have ordered a set. So thanks again for your help. One more thing thou, is there a front fender extender available over there, I prefere the hard plastic type rather than the rubber type that I can get here. The CL seems to have very few aftermarket add-ons availible over here.

Thanks again.

Dean.
