1990 K1

just put a post on the MOA site so I can share it here as well
New to me K1 1990 with 8000 miles and a lot of dirt and dust
been setting for years
So in the garage it goes to be repaired and cleaned up.
Now my K 1200lt has an older little brother with an additude .

Re: 1990 K1

Lovely. I was going to say, "Watch out for cracks in the front fender", but that doesn't seem to be an issue ...

Re: 1990 K1

Fantastic Ernie

They were very short lived those K1's...or at least they were here in Australia. They were quite revolutionary when they came out being so aerodynamic and all.

Good luck with the clean and tidy up. You sure have a classic.

Cheers and kindest regards

Re: 1990 K1

Great job, Ernest. Love the looks of that bike model. Saw a red K1 several years ago and got interested, and it was in good shape. But, had skinny wallet syndrome then!!

BTW - very ingenious farkle there with the BBQ pit for a trunk!! Any old campground will work now!!
