Compression on a k 75

Did a comp check on my 87 k75 with cold motor and throttle closed all 3 cyl were 115 psi. I then warmed it up and checked with throttle open , all 3 were 190 psi. Just wondering if this seemed normal.

Re: Compression on a k 75

It's the throttle position that made the difference.

Compression checks are supposed to be made with open throttle.

On an Airhead FWIW it's easiest just to take the carbs off.
