K1200S Highway Pegs

The newest add to the stable is a K1200S!

I love the bike and can't wait to make the trip to Killington on it, but........

if anyone knows of a place that sells or someone who can fabricate some highway pegs, I'd be excited to hear about it.

I find the bike really comfy, but I reckon having another position for me feet after a few hundred mies would be pretty sweet.

Re: K1200S Highway Pegs

Don't know of any highway pegs for the Slant/4 bikes. Someone does make crash bars for the K12R, those may fit the S with some modifications to the fairing. And that may give you a decent place to mount highway pegs.

Check this link.

All lower 48 states plus Alaska on the K13GT in two weeks . . .

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Re: K1200S Highway Pegs

Guess I'll have to take the tupperware off up front and see what's under there.

I'd drill a hole to allow a peg to come through the plastic stuff, but really don't want to modify it any more than that if I could get away with it.
