K75 powered snowmobile?

wasn't there a snowmobile powered by a K75 built by some university students to compete in a hill climbing contest? Maybe I'm dreaming but I seem to remember that it was built and won some design contest.

Re: K75 powered snowmobile?

I did build a R75/5 powered bandsaw sawmill. I've since replaced the R engine with a honda 24 hp. stationary engine because off not having a governer on the R which gave me wavy cuts. I will have to get the girlfriend to scan the photos to post them.
