Fork Rebuild

I have a 93 K 1100 RS and need to have the forks rebuilt. I intend to replace springs, seals and at least one tube. Does anyone know of good quality shop that will do this work for me? I will remove the forks from the bike, so I can ship them to the service location. I am located in Kentucky.

Re: Fork Rebuild

Racetech is supposed to do a fast turn around, you'll have to do a search, I have ordered springs from them a while ago, they make springs for your weight.

I recently did seals on my K11LT it was pretty cut and dry, the springs are captive in the tube and take a little effort to get them out, I did not bother as my new to me 97 had only 2600 miles when I got it. you can download a service manual at k11og and do it yourself, if you are capable of getting the forks off the bike you can rebuild them yourself.
