1988 K100RT Restore

Hey, found a local ad for a 1988 K100RT. Bike comes with bags and trunk. 20k miles. Looks pretty dirty from the pictures.

The owner said he can get it to start and it will idle, but doesn't stay running. Thinks it might be a fuel pump or injectors. They are asking $900 for the bike.

I figure all the rubber will need replaced - brakelines, tires, etc. Along with normal maintenance items.

So what I am wondering is what this bike would be worth and what else could be wrong with it?
