valve lifters

Hello, I am doing a valve adjustment on my 02 LT and need 9 lifters. Went to the Santa Rosa dealer and was told $22.00 each. As these can be reused I was wondering what others do. Are there anyone trading these or is it just man up and go buy them. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
ltride

Re: valve lifters

Post the sizes you need and maybe someone will swap with you.

Re: valve lifters

Possibly swap with what you have to narrow down total needed and still be in parameters.
After you post what sizes needed, I'll check and I'm sure you'll find most others from this group.

Re: valve lifters

I swaped all that I could. The sizes I need are: 4 each 2.75, 1 each 2.80, 3 each 2.85. I will have to trade 5 each 2.70, and 3 each 2.95. Thanks for any help.

How can you need 4 each 2.75 and have 1each 2.75 to trade?
Or need a 2.90 and have 3 extra?
