Fuel availability

Guys, I'm suffering cabin fever here in central Oregon, and planning one of a few trips. Wanted to run south on Hwy 3, then take the Cecilville Rd over to Somes Bar on 96, then south to Willow Creek.
I'm not concerned about the fuel on the LT, but I'm going to put my son on my FZ1, which only has a range of about 150 miles per tank. Should I plan on carrying gas for him, or will there be fuel (daylight hours) available in that range?
Thanks,
Frank

Re: Fuel availability

Haven't ridden up there much but if you look on google maps Fort Jones and Hoopa look like big enough towns to have fuel. They each have a small airport...

Re: Fuel availability

There's a CardLock gas station in Happy Camp as well. Just 1 or 2 pumps in an otherwise empty lot but it will take your credit card.
