Any Bay Area tech days? New (to me) 87 K100LT

So I just got a 1987 K100LT and am looking for a Guru or two to walk me through some stuff. Best would be a tech day. I have a Manual etc, but, I learn quicker actually doing stuff rather than reading it. I live in Vallejo so anywhere near SF Bay Area works.

Thanks.
