HDDC St. Patrick's Day :) - Peony Chinese Mongolian BBQ, Elk Grove

WE MUST do something Irish! Galagers, old sac? The SN&R website also has a link to all the 'offical' locations downtown of all the places participating in the pub walk (crawl) that will have $3 pints & Irish food, such as Jamie's, Rubicon, Street's of london, Pyramid, or all of the above?, (they do offer a shuttle to all 21 locations)....

I was thinking it would be nice to take advantage of the weather and daylight and ride to Jackson or...

If I get out voted then I'll gladly go downtown and drink beer

Personally I don't think I want to fight the bar crowds in Sac on St. Paddy's day...

But I will go with the flow....

New report this morning said they were closing a few city blocks for the party, sounds like fun but a busy mess.

So....it's 8 hours and counting, where we gonna eat???

They are not bad for just 2 1/2 weeks on the mend. Thanks for asking.
Join up with Bob and come on up for dinner.

When you going to have us over for ribs on your new BBQ???
Do not expect you to comp the meal, we are willing to invest $$$ in the cost of the food.
Just say when.

Hi Doug,

One thing about Ireland is that the weather is unpredictable. Generally July/August will be the hottest with a best high of about 28C normally 20-22C. November to March will be the coldest. Normal range 0-10C though this year we've had exceptionally cold and dry weather with lows of -16C. So really, anytime April right through October when it can still be warm, is good. Be ready for rain though. It's not called the Emerald Isle for nothing!
