New Years Day Ride

So I know some of you expressed interest in joining me for a ride. I usually go to Perry's Deli in Middletown but they are closed that day as is Buster's in Calistoga. I still want to ride in that direction. Any ideas???

EDIT: Could be a large group so needs to be place that can feed 20-30 peeps with out too much hassle...

Re: New Years Day Ride

No dog in the hunt for me since I'm committed to my annual BK chapter RTE at Alice's. But since Ted is asking for suggestions, here's mine -- My usual recommendation would be the Silverado Brewing Co, but they're closed too. You guys could try the Calistoga Inn (http://www.calistogainn.com/). They are open and serving brunch. But I don't know how big a group they can handle. If you go there, you might want to get a head count soon and definitely call ahead.

Have fun all!

On the road to wreck, and ruin -— but making great time.

Thanks Tom.

If we can't find a place in that area I'm open to other ideas as long as the riding there is good

Filipi's in Napa via the corners? Dunno if they are open.

What time and where are you starting?

Sounds like a plan to me, let's do it. We can take the long way there through Pope Valley...

Looks like rain. If it's just a light rain I'm still in.

All I have is leathers, so if it's a light rain I'm in too.

Where do you want to meet at, and what time?

Re: New Years Day Ride

The forecast says it's gonna rain all day. Why don't we postpone this ride for a few days?

I'm fine with that, post it up when you want to go.

Re: New Years Day Ride

Well it was 61 degrees and no rain today. So we went for a New years day ride as I have for every New Years day that I can remember.
We did not go far, stayed around town and visited friends here and there. Great way to start another year!
Happy New Year Everyone.
