Smile San Mateo MC Show

Anyone going from around here?

I will be there promptly at 4 pm. for the opening, John H. and I will be driving up from Livermore if anyone is interested, would be riding but can't use my left hand for another week or so due to some surgery.

Went to the show yesterday, much smaller then last year, one building had the vintage bike show, one had the vendors, and it wasn't full. The last was the MC Vendor building, and everyone commented on how the place looked bare, as if not all the bikes from each vendor had not been brought. There were Hi End vendors there with their 60K trikes and electric bikes, nice but I don't have that kind of money laying around these days...grin. It was nice seeing alot of the guys from last year (LD Comfort, No-Mar Tire and Adventure Design guys just to mention a few) and I wish them continued business through this next year.

I'm planning on going tomorrow. Hope I see at least one new thing to justify the trip...


I hear the new 800cc Honda touring bike is kinda cool.
