RCB rider skills improvement day 9/20/09

The River City Beemers will be holding their 14th annual rider skills improvement day at Thunderhill race track near Willows, CA on Sunday, September 20 for those who are interested in perfecting their skills or just want to learn to ride better. You can get full details at www.rcb.org and click on Thunderhill on the left side of the page, but basically it is a full day of track time (with instructors) and several skill levels riding separately. Come up Saturday after 5:00 PM to get your bike inspected early, camp out, and get pizza and beverages for dinner. There will be coffee, juice and rolls for breakfast, and lunch is at the track restaurant, all included in the bargain price of $220, $195 for RCB members. Street legal bikes only (BMW preferred but not required); no loud pipes or race bikes. Best couple of hundred bucks you can spend.

Re: RCB rider skills improvement day 9/20/09

I've done this the last three years. It is THE BEST rider training I've ever had. No matter what you think your skill level is or how long you've been riding you WILL come out of this training a better, smoother, more confident rider.
