Re: Hddc 12/10/08

I had one but November is past now.

Chuck

I dont drink anymore so I'll have to drown my sorrows with food while I can afford it.

SO... pick some place that has Fat on the menu - Ribs, BiG A## Chicken,, Fries, what ever . You know some place a vegan would not get caught emaciated in.

Someplace where the food once had a face - maybe owned by some 4H kid....who washed it and fed it , named it Poopsy and will feel no remorse when we eat it.

Ok. I'm giving this thread 5 stars just because of your response Chuck.

I'll be on the road again tomorrow and will miss the carnivorous occasion.

Have a cow and eat it too.

Question Re: Hddc 12/10/08

Hi Doug, I got 101 miles to Incahoots from livermore (Google Map), 580>205>twin cities rd. > 49 > Plymouth. What has the weather been like up your way, went to Lathrop Monday night and ended up going 35 mph to get home cuz fog was so thick, until I got over the Altamont pass.

Came home from a meeting at 9:30 last night and no local fog. None this morning at the house now as I get ready to leave.

Should be home by 5:00pm tonight if you want to stop or see you where ever we end up.

Majority Rules, I will be there.

Re: Hddc 12/10/08

Hope you all are having a good dinner. I did a lunch ride to the coast today and only got home about 6. My riding partner, Paul (FJR), had the day off; and I don’t work again until, well…never. So, once the frost melted in Napa this morning we rode 128 to n/b 101 to w/b 20, then up 1 to the North Coast Brewery in Ft. Bragg.

I hope you guys are enjoying your ribs and BACs, ‘cause I was good at lunch and had the veggie burger. But look what followed me home, special batch Old Rasputin XI, aged in bourbon barrels:

I guess I'll take one for the team and be the first to try it. I will advise.

I guess it's official, now. Congrats on your retirement!!! Get in a lot of riding before your poor old body says, "No mas!", and you end up riding a scooter like me...
