CCR Reservations

As a result of another member confirming his reservation at the Zermatt Resort and being told they had no record of him I also called this morning and was told I did not have a reservation.

I gave them both my name and emailed confirmation number and was told I had no room. The employee was very apologetic and after 15 minutes she was able to find the email they sent me on 01-01-08, but it somehow was lost when it came time to hold the room.

She was able to find me a room for the same rate and provided me with a new confirmation number. I suggest if anyone used the online booking system to book a room on the first open date of 01-01-08, you call soon and see if you in deed have a room.

Exclamation Re: CCR Reservations

The exact same thing happened to me today, including getting "the last room", after they discovered their screw-up... Luckily, I had saved their on-line reservations system's confirmation email that I had been sent, and forwarded it on to the clerk that helped me.

They didn't have my original reservation under my name, and also had no record of the confirmation number that I had been issued.

Hey Doug, I had an email from Zermatt too - with a confirmation number. When I called them (to make sure my room has a reefer ), they had no record of my reservation!

Just sayin' the email may be worthless!

Called Tues. pm and all was good. They had me in the system and gave me the same confirmation number as the E-mail. She indicated there had been some problems and they are checking CCR registrations.
