Disturbance again

Looks like there might be one or two disturbances in the HDDC Force Field.

Who, what, where, when? We should know in a day or two.

I know of the disturbance you mention.

Howard: The sidecar is 'sold' pending arrival Tuesday night (flying in) of buyer with funds.

We were just talking about this, Nate and I, thinking Raffy was overdue, if he could get the hack sold, and what he would pop up with.

We must have had ESPN.

I don't know fersure, but I predict there will be TWO new disturbances.

And no, I'm not one of them...

I'd be #3....

Congrats Raffy on the sidehack sale!

Thanks guys. it's not over until $s change hands.

I did a quick run to Doug's house. picked up the spare wheel/tire and changed out the rear wheel/tire on the bike. This way the buyer can make it to Atlanta without having to worry about tires.

It's ready to go. I'll give it a nice bath on Tuesday.

Disturbances

I know of one. A certain lady I know finely got her Spyder and put 650 miles on it this weekend.

It rides like it's on rails. It has the same hp and torque as an 05 LT and weighs 300lbs less. After she gets some more miles and gets it figured out I won't be able to keep up.

It's a very cool rig Bruce I want a ride

BTW - Can Am web site lists the dry weight at 697. Wet weight has to be at least 750...

For those of you who keep track of the various disturbances, we have an update on one that just transpired in the last hour. Raffy is on his way back to Sacramento with my (well, his now) 2005 LT! He seems very happy with the bike, and I'm very happy that it get's to go to a really good home and stays "in the family". All in all, a happy Sunday for everybody!

Congrats, Raffy, and thanks!

Thanks David for a smooth deal.

Thanks everyone for the congratulations.

Thanks to Patty for understanding. It took no groveling or begging. I know there is an additional hidden cost somewhere. I'll tackle that when the time comes.

I look forward to riding an LT again.

Congrats Raffy,

I guess you weren't any safer on the hack than you would be on two anyway.

Back to the ride. Have fun. I'm worried about David now.

Now, don't worry about me. I have plans to fill the void in my garage, just have to get my little ducks in a row, and deal with some business travel over the next couple of weeks. I'll let folks know when the disturbance gets dsiturbing again.

BTW John, I was reading your tag line under your signature. I think if you added, "or vice versa" to the end it would be perfect!

I did too, checked one out in Berkeley on Saturday... It seems the University issues them to all the female students over there... definitely the car of choice.

OMG Hal you have been to berkley!!! You need an intervention , First put down that bunny now carfully let go of the tree . Check for bark.

in an emergency like this First turn all the lights on , take some toilet paper wad it up and needlessly flush it TWICE! while thinking of three ways to cook a Spotted owl.

That should hold you till Wed. If you Relapse I'll rush over a signed copy of Olly Norths Book.

Talking Re: Disturbance again

Congrats on coming back around to the best touring Bike out there Raffy! A big plus is that it was from one of our own members who we know would have taken excellent care of it!

And Black really is a great color. Just check out the attached pics of the cause of the disturbance in the force up north here! It is also Black! She is a little longer in the tooth than yours of course, but only by the calendar. For mileage it is only 12K on a '95 Tiger! The Bike looks like it has never gotten dirty. It needs a little tuning up after sitting for the last few years in a heated garage!

Nice Bike, John! You know, that would be the perfect thing to ride down the coast to Cambria on...

Red face Re: Disturbance again

Tks david! And don't I know my new toy would be a blast to just hop on and ride on down the Coast?

Unfortunately I will not be able to make Cambria this year (again!) due to work commitments in May! I will be back in lovely Oklahoma City for some scheduled training in May!! I really did enjoy the one Cambria trip that I managed to make though, and will most certainly try to keep May open for the next one! Is it always May? Or does that change as needed?

I will be doing some local putting around on the Tiger very soon though!
