Found a little Gem

I was cleaning up a little around the house and came upon a very dusty cd case. As I wiped the layer of dust away the hand written words on the DVD brought back a flood of great memories.
I went straight to my desktop and slid the DVD in, before I knew it I was reliving a trip with a lot of great friends - all on LT's. There were a few with unigos, some two up and some one up but everyone was on an LT. I don't remember exactly how many LT's we had but I believe it was around 20.
As I was watching us traveling east across, Nevada, Utah and Colorado on all the scenic backroads - It occurred to me what a great memory this was and I really need to thank Scott for making this DVD.
By far this was the best large group trip I had ever been on, it was a pleasure to ride with everyone on the 04 Breakenridge CCR trip. Never had I been with a group that large that could keep it loose and everyone ride their own ride.

Great Memories! Can't wait for the next one!

Now I know I have a few other DVD's around here from some other HDDC NorCal trips from Jim and a few others - where are they?

I get that one out from time to time. That was a great trip and John deserves credit for planning and leading the whole ride out. Thanks to Focker too for putting together a great DVD

That DVD brings back memories for me all the time and Ted is right about your well planned route John. The group was perfect and the trip was too. It was one of the best motorcycle trips I have ever taken.
Nelson I made a copy for you but have never really seen you to give it to you... and now I'm not sure where it is but since John is going to make you a copy I won't worry about it

Thumbs up

Yup, that was a great ride. And don't forget about the video Dell and his SO put together for us leaving out of A&S and the first part of the journey. Memories of:
-the loooong Highway 50
-the unfortunate one that was bringing up the tail and took one for the group for being "the last one through that stop sign leaving Mickey Dee's
-impromptu tech session on how to trailer an LT after a rear drive failure
-the surprise a couple of us got as we were getting ready to pass that flatbed with the teenagers on the back.

Whoo-wee.

Not to mention all that Utah mud we collected on the way back, and then Billy maha running out of gas in the middle of nowhere.

Ah yes, Great ride.
