Well, I too have a new toy

I came home this weekend with a new 06 R1200RT RED. Yep, I am back in the BMW camp and it feels nice. The RT is a terrific bike. Can't wait to hook up with you all sometime next year.

Yep, my wife says, that's your Christmas present for the next ten years.

She'll forget after 3 or 4 years. Of course, you just may need a new bike by then.

Nice ride. Enjoy it.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Excellent choice, Mike. I ride with a several guys with the new RT that just love them. Haven't seen you in awhile. Maybe not since we ran into each other at Rick Mayer's a couple years ago. You were having a seat put on the Tiger. I recall you rode down through the snow to get there.

Hi Bob, actually John was getting a seat on his GS. I read that he was coming up, so I rode down to meet up with him. We all went to lunch after, right?

Bob, wait a minute. I think I did meet you, but I had the wrong guy in the previous reply. Did your wife ride with you? I remember you riding in on an LT.
