Lightbulb Random Thoughts

Random thoughts occurred to me Monday night while I was driving around in the dark. Thatís what they pay me to do. Drive around in the dark that is -- not to have random thoughts. But I do anyway -- have random thoughts that is.

The weather has been nice.

Ted is sick.

I own motorcycles.

CTO is an unfunded liability for my employer.

Doctors say you should drink fluids when youíre sick.

I have CTO on the books.

I didnít go on the Fort Bragg ride.

Beer is a fluid.

I should try to be a better employee.

Beer must be good for you when youíre sick.

Ted didnít go on the Fort Bragg ride either.

The guys who rode to Fort Bragg got to drink beer.

I like to ride motorcycles.

I like to drink beer.

Then it struck me, an epiphany - a perfect storm of thoughts, and reasoning converged. It was so clear to me now:
I should take the day off Tuesday, on CTO, thereby relieving the finance director of what was surely a worrisome burden. I would then ride my motorcycle, in this great autumn weather, to Ft. Bragg, to buy beer for me and Ted.

So I did.

The Napa Valley during the crush:

Arrived at the objective:

Objective secured:

My Conclusion:

Random thoughts are GOOO.
Beer is GOOD.
Motorcycles are GOOD.
GOOD friends are GOOD.

I think it's safe to say that many believe the NorCal group is an "odd" bunch, but in a GOOD way

I can't use the word believe having met enough over the last 2 CCRs, I'll have to say KNOW they are GOOD. Of course, others opinions may vary.
