Unhappy Sad News Folks

In case you may not have seen it yet (I had not till this evening) one of our own has been dealt a bad blow:
http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16065

I think we should all be pulling for Coni in this toughest time for her. And anything we can do to assist is only the least we can all do should she ask. Maybe a future ride if it would help in any way.

You got that right John. Coni has our prayers and best wishes to beat this cancer. We should make the motorcycle show the "Coni Run" and toast a cold one to her success of getting through her chemo appointments.

ACS Team

Ernie,

Just a thought... What about forming an ACS (American Cancer Society) Team and participating in an established ride. This could be a little fundraiser to show our support. I can do a little research if you think it would be appropriate.

I think that's a great idea, Dan. I'm in, if the scheduling works out that I'm still up in the area. If not, then I'm in as a sponsor for those who can make the ride.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Wink

I think it is a great idea also Dan! Just hope my silly work/training sked does not prevent me from making the ride whenever it is!

This is a great idea and you already have our support. Let's investigate the possibilities.
