Ride West Service Dept.

Was wondering what type of experiences people have had with the Ride West dealership's (Seattle) service department?

Re: Ride West Service Dept.

I only used them once since purchasing my used 09' from them and thought their service department was great.

They replaced the fuel strip on my bike (for free), since PO had it replaced just a year earlier. During the replacement they called me to let me know my front brake pads needed replacement so I had them replaced, and including their labor was only about $100 more than if I done the work myself.

I've heard many positive reviews from their business, and based on the limited times I visited, the sales and counter staff were always friendly.

Our experience has been nothing but positive. Good people and fair minded.

Re: Ride West Service Dept.

I've used them for over a decade, and I really like them. Expensive, but that's just their hourly rate; I feel like they do things in as little time as I could expect, and always do good work.

Thumbs up Re: Ride West Service Dept.

Bought my LT there in 2000 and they were my go to dealer for at least three years while I was still up in Juneau. When we moved down to the Portland area we found closer dealers, but I have heard nothing but good about them, which was my experience as well,
