I'm not sure you are asking me, but... We leave for our X-country trip on the 6th and plan to be in your area of the country to see NY, VT, NH, ME and MA before heading back this way on the 16th. I hope to post a few Fall colors pics along the way. If it works out perhaps we will stumble upon some of you NE riders or an RTE in the area.

Did the storm wipe out all of the beautiful Fall colors? What's the scenery looking like? You guys sure did get a lot of rain this past week.

Don't forget about Rhode Island! Beautiful coastline, gorgeous mansions (from the days before income tax), and more!!!!

Many trees are still green here, so your timing would probably be just about right. I was just in the Catskill Mountains in upstate NY this past weekend for the "Color in the Catskills" rally and though, compared to here, there was more color in the trees there,a great number of trees were still green.

Not sure about northern New England, however here in southern New England there are still plenty of green leaves on the trees!
