HumpDayDinnerClub-Maine

I know this is a longshot and Wednesday it will probably rain but I have a NorCal member of this board and our hddc dinner club who is visiting me in Dover this Wednesday night. It's Tom Lashbrook http://www.tlash.net/tlash/Welcome.html who is doing a National Parks Tour and is visiting Acadia to get that stamp. He's starting his day at Max's BMW in New Hampshire and I plan to meet him and go to Acadia with him and bring him back here to Dover as a quest in the old farmhouse.

We could ride to eat or drive to eat. Still gotta eat. We usually don't pick a place until Tuesday. I'd be willing to travel a bit. Don't know about Tom.

FYI, I just drove back here a couple weeks ago, mon-fri, in a chevy diesel pu pulling an 8x12 flatbed trailer with all my stuff. My bro and I did it in 104 hours, four nites at hotels, zero rain, 3280 miles, 650 mile days and a 3K stare. I found an apartment in town over a friends business for $300. per month. I'm bi-caostal for now as I still have a small business in norcal that my son operates with our office manager. Free's me up to start another small business here in the Maine Highlands, some motorcycle, atv and sled friendly cottages. We're right on ITS85 and the Katahdin Trail.

Re: HumpDayDinnerClub-Maine

The first HDDC Maine was a delicious success Wednesday with two members in attendance. That makes it official.

Thanks to Roger, and his sister Vicky, for the hospitality!

Dinner is served. What else did you think we'd have in Maine?

If you aren't good for anything else, you can always serve as a bad example.
