Second Wind BMW Dealer

I have to say that 2nd Wind BMW is pretty damn good. I had a rear main seal leaking and was told the cost was going to be around $1200.00. I picked the beast up last night and Nicole (the mechanic) stated that the rear main and all transmission seals were leaking. They ended up replacing the rear main, all transmission seals, and the clutch plate for just over $950.00 and had the job done in a day and a half. Not as good as doing it yourself, but in my case that is not an option. I was happy to say the least.

Pictures are better when you get to take them Will give you memories of a crazy group of old dudes going fast and feeling like kids again, laughing and having a good time. Plus you are going to miss seeing Charlie picking his bike up again. He is an expert by now if you need a demonstration I hope you decide to come and ride with us.

Re: Second Wind BMW Dealer

Where is this dealer who treats people like they should be treated ?

You were probably quoted "book" price on the job and since the mechanic apparently knew what he was doing, Was able to come in under that.

Most dealers would have charged you the flat rate anyway. Regardless.

Congrats for being close to a good dealer.

Ahoy, Chief!
I know you posted in the other thread that you'd make the ride if your work sched permitted. Well, take a short-timer attitude and skate!
We need you on this ride.
