Talking From MAx BMW in NH

Just recieved the below email from Max at Max BMW in North Hampton, Nh:

On Thursday, March 29th, Store Manager John Martin scooped the ceremonial first earth to break ground on a new addition to the MAX BMW Motorcycles service department. The new service facility will add 4,000 square feet to our current space and will allow us to accommodate more service work.

“Our thanks go out to all of our customers who have supported the store to the point where we have max-ed out our current space.” said Martin. “The new facility will allow us to continue to provide you with the service you expect and we thank you for the opportunity.”

MAX BMW is the northeast’s only exclusive BMW Motorcycle dealership.

I think this is great for us that use him for service and sales.

Just curious.... is this ground breaking at Max's NY or NH location?

Glad to know they are doing well..... I dont' use the service dept. but I buy lots of parts from their online fische.

They enclose M&Ms with each parts order you know.

Max is a GREAT guy and John is cut from the same oak! When I was looking for a new MC in 04, I really wanted another brand but I ended up buying into a dealership instead and although there may be advantages to other two-wheelers, Max is second to none!

Agreed! These guys know how to take care of their customers. I bought my 05 from them after talking to their parts guy about my R100. He took the time and effort to answer some pretty lame questions from me and never once rushed me off the phone. When i decided to buy, my only thought was "lets go to NH" Got there at like noon and left at 6 or so that Saturday evening with the 05. Nicest people you would want to meet. When I smoked the clutch on the 05 headed to VT Rally last summer they were there to fix it and not once did he give me crap about smoking it. Fixed under warranty. I will never go any place else. They did my 12k over the new years holiday, picked the bike up from my house in CT and brought her back nice and clean.

I could go on and on but I will not.
