Breakfast ride this Sunday

Hey, weather's supposed to be beautiful this Sunday (8/13). Anyone up for a breakfast meeting? Someplace in Connecticut maybe? I can't spend all day, but could squeeze out a few hours early morning.

Looks really nice, but I was hoping to get going a little earlier, I see that their brunch starts at 11:30. Any other ideas?

Thanks - Ray

The Log House Restaurant sounds really great. It'sabout 75 miles from my house. Is 8:30 too early for anyone? Thanks for doing the research.

Kevin, We can route thru New Britain and meet along the way. It will take about hour and half to get there. If you have time we could do some touring up that after Breakfast. Amy and I have been trying to get up there for a long time.

I don't think I'll make this one, but you may have some other company...

"CRVBMW Sunday Breakfasts and Rides -- We would like to like to revive an old CRVBMW tradition of gathering for Sunday breakfast and rides. We will gather at near the original site. Members will lead rides after breakfast. One planned ride will be to Kent for the Stanley/Sloane Museum. Bring a friend and prospective member. Let’s meet between 9 and 10 at the Log Cabin on Route 44 in the New Hartford/Barkhempstead area."

BTW, if you can get Kevin up and ready to ride by 7:00 AM, I will be impressed!

Stay safe.

Hey now... Miss one AM ride and already a reputation! (well deserved? )

OK. So I admit I'm not a morning person... but it's sooooo early......... LOL.
Tomorrow sounds like a great plan, Northwest CT is my favorite riding area close to home. I can meet you in New Britain area at anytime, 7:00 sound good?
I'm up for doing a little "touring" for a while tomorrow as well, I'll bring my atlas just in case!

Great. We have a Dark Graphite Lt.

Kevin,

If the shoe fits... I am not a morning person either but to ride I can be. Where is New Britain do you want to meet? How about the Police Dept at 125 Columbus Blvd?

I think you're like 2 years and a quarter (calendar quarter that is) too late.
