Thanks for the tip! I am flying down to Charleston this Saturday to pick up my new (to me) 2011 RT. I am headed back North to Chesapeake Va. I am making this a stop on my way home.

Has anyone been to Scott's BBQ in Hemingway SC?

I've never been there but after reading about the old school, whole hog cooking process, I've definitely got a hankering to go...and soon.
