Re: harbor freight lift table

I am not too sure if anyone can push an LT on a lift by themselves...that said, you just drive it up. Pretty simple actually.

All you have to do is tie the bike down and you will be just fine. The hieght is ok for most work.

Re: harbor freight lift table

I just bought one three weeks ago for the 299 price -- actually the cashier lowered it to 279 for me as I read an ad on my smartphone that it sold for 279 (even though it was a realtively old ad).

Bottom line: For 299 it is a great value. It is pretty straight forward, easy to assemble and makes it handy for working on a bike. BTW, when you get the bike on the lift, disconnect the ramp as it is only needed to help getting the bike on the lift.

Re: harbor freight lift table

There has been a post recently that the 1200 lb lift is no longer available which is a shame. I got mine for nearly the price of the Pumper model due to an in store error. The manager OFFERED the lower price since it was mismarked.

There are a lot of folks on this site who use the Pumper with no issues.

I have used one up at the Ironhorse Lodge in NC where we gather for STC and SMFR. It is an OK lift for the price. HF does have a better one (similar to a Handy) but they don't have it in the stores. I prefer the Handy since I park on it all the time.

harbor freight lift table

Has anyone bought one of these lifts recently? They've had coupons in most of the cycle mags for the last few months for a price of 299.99. It is the foot pump unit and it looks like that is the only unit avilable from them now. I know some of our members have used hf lifts with good results, but I'm not sure it's the same lift. another question I've have, has anyone built their own lift, and do you have plans that you would share?
