The LT is also the most beautiful motorcycle on the planet and yours is no exception.

I do have a suggestion - When you are going to photograph your bike, don't park over a bunch of oil spots. It could give some folks the wrong impression.

Check the Rides, Rallies and Get-Togethers area. We gather up at Ironhorse Lodge every April (near the 15th) for Spring Training Camp and October (near the 22nd) for the Smoky Mountain Fall Reunion. Now you have an excuse to go somewhere next Saturday (the prime Rib is to die for on Saturday night).

Good on ya Dale, I now what you mean. Stick around there a few more days as there are about 30 of us coming in for The Smoky Mountain Fall Reunion starting on the 21st. Or did you come up early so you could be the "Champion of The World " before we got there?

Heavy Weight Champion of the Worrrrrrrrld

Greetings. just got back of the 3 days in the Appalachian mountains. 2 up, "pulling a trailer." My bike and I are undefeatable, end of discussion.

On the Cherohala Skyway, I could overtake anything, 2 up, that did not have a bimmer emblem. I have to admit that one of the spaceship looking Victories took a little while, but once I was out front, he almost killed himself trying to keep up. I showed him what the back of an LT looks like, and then left him in the dust quickly.

The LT is happy up there. "No traffic jams, no stop lights." I left the trailer at the lodge on day 2 and we let it roll. I met some buddies "a metric cruiser, and 2 HDs" It became obvious that I was the "true King of the Road" "Sorry Guys"

Two of my buddies shop in the big and tall section and could snap me like a twig in autumn off the bike, but on the road, I can, and did abuse them repeatedly.

The wife of 33 years doesnt understand it, but I am the champ. Undisputed Hat's off to her. She didnt flinch, freak, or say a word during the peg scrapes. I did hear about later though

Disclaimer. No one was hurt in this ride or post. I really dont care what you think about this post or any other. If you "waxed me" on the road, I will just smile and try harder next time. PS, I've owned a Harley, and put 20k on a GL1800. I believe the LT will out pace any bike, 2 up, for great distances. Next spring, I might not be the champ, but right now, I am, I am.
