Yes used the Zumo mount, turned up the volume, plugged the zumo mount into the Autocom and the zumo mount is directly fed to the battery so it's hot all the time.

did you use the Zumo mount?
There is a volume control on the Zumo550. Touch the lower left button, then use the + and - keys to adjust volume.
Third thought: The voice needs power, won't work off internal battery.

Zumo 550 voice to helmet problems

I have a Zumo 550 and have hooked it up to the 05 LT with Autocom 111. Plugged in the voice cable to the Zumo and to the Autocom but no voice. Is it because the Zumo is bluetooth and the Autocom isn't?
