Here is the number for BMW OEM for the Nav 5. *(866) 455-7012‬
Garmin OEM are the only folk who seem know what going on.

From Sena:
1) Clear all headset and BMW pairing from the helmet and bike.

2) Pair the Helmet to the bike (if you have a RT or GT) Make sure your phone BT is off during this step.

3) Pair phone to GPS

4) Pair GPS to Helmet

Navigator V cell communication problem

Please help !!!
I have a Nav V connected to my helmet. Originally a Sena 20s. I paired my Samsung S9 to the Nav. Everything works great except when I make or receive calls. I can hear the ring for incoming call and see it on the GPS. When I answer the call, it takes about 30 seconds before either of us can hear each other. The same happens if I make the call. The other person answers the call but we cannot hear each other also for about 30 seconds. I recently changed my helmet to Shoei with the SLR and still have the same problem.

Sena say it is not a problem with their unit.
Garmin wont help me at all.
BMW dont seem to be able to help.

Some blogs tell me to first pair the headset to the Nav, then pair the phone to the Nav but doing this on the phone. I have tried every combination but still wont work. All firmware is up to date. BMW did a hard reset on the Nav but still nothing. BMW suggested I buy the Nav 6 but this is not a solution.

Has anyone else had this problem ?
Any solutions ?
