On that 2000, if it still has the original black rubber brake lines, you will want to change those out as soon as possible. They deteriorate from the inside out and are very likely ready to spring a leak at any time, usually when you need them most. If Spiegler are available in France, I would recommend them over the OEM replacements unless it is more expensive to get the after market than the OEM. Either way, if they haven't, then need to be replaced.
