Hello from Virginia

Good Morning, by way of introduction I just learned of this great forum from a riding pal/partner in crime while shopping two days ago for an RT for him! Unfortunately I have no pictures yet- I purchased a 2011 R12rt two months ago, and have been the eager beaver learning all I can, riding nearly every day, short commuting (40 miles) except in snow or ice. So I wanted an all-weather fully faired tourer capable of winter riding----and as in my 35 years of motorcycling I'd never had a bike that shifted on the left, or that made over 65 hp, or that weighed more than 450lbs, I had some serious adjustments to make. It has always been british motorcycles, still a pair of Nortons, but not a match for long distances or cold weather! I particularly like the RT and its fine balance, not to mention the heated grips! Anyway, look forward to participating, thanks for letting me in..
Cheers!

Hey, welcome! Sounds like your experience is similar to my own! That left/right foot reflect is still there with me if I allow my thoughts to wonder too far!!
