Lunch Place in Marietta

Any suggestions on where to stop for lunch. Im thinking about taking a ride there this weekend and would like a nice place to eat. Also- any suggestions for my route.

-Rt 33 to Rt 550E to Marietta.

Rt. 676 to Rt 555 to Rt 78 into Nelsonville. Rt 33 North from there.

Re: Lunch Place in Marietta

Lisa and I were there yesterday for lunch. 4 beemers were parked across the street from a Mexican place one block upstream from the main drag downtown. We went to Austyn's (?), 1/2 block up from the Lafayette Hotel. Nice prices and nice menu selection. Looks expensive inside but it's not. There is a nice family cafe around the corner from the Lafayette.
We took St. Rt. 37 all the way down to its intersection with 60, and then 60 into Marietta. If you have time, visit Campus Martius, the museum of the Northwest Territory

We took 60 to Zanesville and then US 22 home. 60 is just a nice, smooth road full of gentle sweepers and only a couple of small towns to go through. It runs along the Muskingum River, and you can stop at Rokeby Lock and see a hand-operated lock.
