Hmmm... Looks exactly like the Denali Light advertised by Twisted Throttle, which by the way comes from Korea !

Re: Amazing new lights

I think they are, minus the switch and some wiring. These were $120 each, plus my ez-mounts (perfect for this application).

Re: Amazing new lights

Some observations
1) There are a lot of high quality LED devices made in Korea and a major maker is there so no surprise. Folks familiar with this would view "made in Korea" as a good thing for an LED device.
There are also some good but also some very bad LED device makers in China.
2) Remember that LED lights need reliable circuit boards for a variety of reasons- its not just the LED that determines a real world life span.
3) 800 lumens is not that much. Less than half of a 30W Trail Tech HID, for example.
4) 7000K color temp is too high for normal road use and will certainly produce a lot of backscatter in fog.

I don't get advertising these as off road lights - I'd want more power for that purpose.
For conspicuity, fine.

Re: Amazing new lights

I am seriously considering the Clearwater Glenda. Caliper mounts and infinitely adjustable dimmer included!

I'm thinking about the Glenda's as well for my Ducati since it's charging system can be a little weak at times. I have a set of PIAA's on it now and they seem to be working fine but I really don't want to tax the Duc's charging system that much. And, all I'm interested in is the lights as recognition. I don't do that much night riding with it. I think I'll put the PIAA's on the 99 RT I'll be picking up Saturday. If you get your Glenda's be sure to give a report on them. I'll do the same.
