Thumbs up Xenon Depot

Wanted to give thanks to Steve at Xenon Depot for the great customer service.

This past weekend I had a H-7 HID Low beam failure , My prior kit was from HID online great product poor CS $300. After discussing my issues with Steve I elected to get the Xenon Depot HID 4300 kit with Phillips bulb $199. The new kit allowed me to eliminate the relay harness and power up the ballast directly from the low beam power source in the headlight housing.
The kit I purchased was about $100 more than the CQ kit .However the CQ kit does not come with the German Phillips bulb . I felt the better quality bulb was worth the extra money due to the phillips reliability record.

Re: Xenon Depot

Murray,

Thanks for the info. I also had a CQ system fail last weekend. I got caught in a horrible Florida downpour and the ballast fried. It was either coincidence or it got flooded. I have researched different products and have decided on the Xenon Depot product. It has a ballast designed for motorcycle use. It will take the extra vibrations as well as having an epoxy sealed ballast.
