Which wires to connect H9-beam Modulator?

I have my modulator for my 03 LT. To the hi-beam all I see is one white wire going into housing and in the housing just another wire.

I have five wires coming out the modulator.

Hi Beam (male red in)
Ground (Male black)

Hi Beam Modulated Blue
Ground (Black)

Light sensor (I can figure this one out).

Where do I connect the other four.

I would guess the Hi beam (male red in) goes to the source or supply to the Hi beam. Then the Modulated Hi Beam goes to the light itself. Cut the white wire and install this in between. The grounds just tie together and hook to the nearest Brown wire (ground). It may have been designed to plug into the Hi beam bulb socket (thus the male connectors) then the other lead would plug onto the bulb.

Sounds like you have the wrong modulator. The "03" high beam is an H-3 bulb not an H-9. If you bought it from Kisan you need the P-115-H-3 universal unit.

As far as the sensor is concerned, I ran mine from the unit up along the left side tupperware. I removed the air deflector wing and then drilled a hole in the black panel just below the BC, there is a flat spot there makes for a clean install.
