After 2 long Months

2 months ago my water pump went out on my GTL. It took 6 weeks to get my bike back. The day after I got it home it started raining. Now keep in mind we have gone over 9 month prior to that with out any rain here in Texas. Today the rain was gone & the sun even came out for an hour or so. I only managed to get in a short 60 mile ride as I had to deliver a customers bike to San Antonio & then pick up another one on the way back home. Getting on the GTL was like putting on a old comfortable pair of shoes. You know the ones that "Just fit right"

Glad that you are back - except that this means you'll have more time to ride and less to help me me line!

Glad to her yo were able to get at least a short ride in. I hadn't been able to ride for two weeks and was really itching to get out so I know you were really in bad shape.

I know how you felt I had my LT in the shop for 3 weeks and that was too long.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Re: After 2 long Months

Congrats Steve. You better get some miles on your GTL or you'll be accused of having a garage queen for a motorcycle. BTW - I have an extra rain suit if yoiu need one so you can ride?????
