Tall V-Stream Windshield

I am 6' 3" and find that the stock BMW K1600 GT windshield is very noisy for me. I was looking for an aftermarket solution and was wondering if any of you tall guys out there have tried a V-Stream Tall on this bike. If so, how effective is it on cutting down on the buffetting and noise. Also, does anyone have an idea on how much taller it would be then the OEM shield. Thanks. Ron

At present V-stream does not have a application for the new K1600s. However my dealer service manager advised me that National Cycle will soon be bringing to market two sizes of the V-Stream. Of note is the fact that Nat Cycle makes the stock wind screen.

Re: Tall V-Stream Windshield

Interesting indeed! Those are some huge looking shields. If they work as well as they look, they should be just the ticket for cold weather riding.

I've heard good reports on the Cee Bailey, and I have the Californina Scientific, which is a HUGE improvement over OEM as far as noise and turbulance on the GTL. Looks like this give us another option, which is a good thing

If you try it out, how about letting us know the results.

Thanks

Ruben
