Windshield for Grand America

I just traded my new 1250rt for a new grand America. I just couldn’t get comfortable on the rt. My back was killing me. I had a werks quiet air shield that was great though. What shield are people recommending for the grand America? I guess werks doesn’t make any.

Re: Windshield for Grand America

I have an XT Aeroflow with a set of Aerowings for sale. If you are 6” give or take it would work very well for you. I sold my”B” for a R1250RT. The reverse of you. Shipped for half price

How did aeroflow compare to stock? My RT with Werks was very quiet. Stock shield on grand America not so much!

Windshield for Grand America

Much quieter and the Aerowings make the envelope bigger and provide protection for the arms and shoulders.

Re: Windshield for Grand America

Doing a little research as my wife and I want a larger windscreen to lessen the wind hitting her. I have found the following four options. Does anyone have experience with any of these models? I'm fine looking through screen most of the time, so larger is probably better, but want to invest wisely.

AeroFlow

Re: Windshield for Grand America

I had a K16 GTL and had the Wunderlich shield without the vent. I loved it. never been a fan of the Aeroflow shields . I don’t know why ......just haven’t like the way they look. I did have the Aeroflow mini wings and side shields and liked them though .
