Help with plug at back of radio

I've pulled the LT side panels and stingray off to pull the radio for repair. Went better than I thought. Only took about an hour.I got stingray out. I'm stuck on how to get the rear plugs out of the back of the radio. One is a square plastic plug, The other is a silver metal 90 degree connector below it. I figured out the square locking collar that you pry up on with a flat screw driver and it pops up. But only half way. And looks like it has to come all the way up for plug to come out. Not sure. So how do the plugs come out?

Re: Help with plug at element head

You pull up on the large black connector bail and it will then slide back as a unit.

Re: Help with plug at element head

Thanks. I figured it out. I went back in the archives. Someone was pulling their unit. They had the same trouble with the plug It really does feel like the locking collars going to break. Unit has a sticker on it .It was repaired before by radioman in San Diego CA .I didn't think anyone repaired these Radios in the states except Becker.

But.In picture #1. There is a small black cable with a silver connector on it. I think it's an antenna. Mine wasn't pushed in ,it was kinda hanging out. And it doesn't seem like it wants to stay in. It plugs in at the bottom left looking at the back of the radio.
