Hey Numbnuts.

He only asked if it was an OK bike to commute on.
Is there any need for the RICH MAN POOR MAN stuff.

Rear Shock Sbsorber

NO I DO NOT NEED A NEW REAR SHOCK as my bike has only 10k on it. I was wondering if any body out has had a problem and has had it changed under warranty.
Every other thing seems to have dicussed on this site , and there does not mention a problem with this item.

Mine was replace with about 10K on it, but only because the adjuster wheel broke. Apparently the whole shock has to be replaced.

Thumbs up

Last august(2004) while in route to shop for 36 K service my rear shock shaft broke dealer allowed me credit full shock replacement value. Installed ohlins in the rear, works performance in the front. My front shock blew a seal and that was a warranty item, cash credit issued.
