Re: BACK on my LT

Just rode 6,400 miles in two weeks ( 4 days doing 1,000 miles each) and I have an L5
issue with pain down the legs but with one of these no issues . . . works like magic for
me and my pillion!!

Congrats!

I recently went through a similar circumstance. Couldn't ride for about 2 years.

Word of caution! You will find that riding again will be a challenge. Things will happen real fast. I would recommend taking it easy and staying away from traffic for a while. My muscle memory was still good, but my mind had a challenge taking in all the fast happenings around me.

I found that I couldn't "sight see" and had to really concentrate on the road. It sure felt good though! I enjoy riding more now than I ever did! Feel like I'm seventeen again!

I did 116 miles today. We are approaching the end of the monsoon season here
so everything is green for a while. Beautiful ride.
NO back pain!
Pay attention to those back pains, 70% of the population has problems.

Re: BACK on my LT

Awesome. I have L5 issues. But the LT doesn't seem to bother it too bad. Couldn't say that about the HD Ultra I borrowed in Florida 2 years ago. That thing killed my back after 4 hours to Key west.
