Does Anyone Know What Happened To Beemerbags?

Does anyone know what happened to Beemerbags? They made a luggage bag to fit on top of the LT luggage rack. On our way to CCR this year, we drove through a pretty good storm and it sucked the rain cover off the bag. I am trying to find a replacement for it.

I don't know anything about them but I can vouch for the lady who owns this company, http://www.bagsforbikes.com/

First rate quality and service, reasonable rates and she guarantees her stuff for life. Her name is Karla and she has made some custom liners for my Guzzi and RT. If my LT didn't already come with a full set of liners she would have made me those too. She'll make them however you want and any color or combination of colors you want. I'm sure she can make you a rain cover too.

Can't help you on the cover. Should you need a replacement bag, I recommend this one. I have ridden through all day rain and it stayed mostly dry. Then again, I never sealed the seams and normally only carry things in it such as rain gear and bike cover and I don't care if they get a dribble of water on them.

I don't think Gene's company is still making Beemerbags, butt you might ask him if there is any leftover inventory.

I've got his top trunk bag, that I rarely use anymore, butt don't recall if I have the rainproof cover for it. If I find it, I'll ping you and you can have it for postage. Gimme 3 or 4 days to search.
